On August 24, 2020, after 120 days of arduous construction, the Jinjiang Greenway (Phase I) sewage interception main (Jiuyanqiao Fucheng Avenue) Section 2, Division 4 sewage interception main constructed by Chengdu Jinjiang First Project Department was fully connected, with a total length of 1369 meters. The YD2400 rock machine developed by our company successfully completed the first 120 meter pipe jacking operation on May 14th, becoming a successful exploration of pipe jacking operation under rich water, sand and gravel geological conditions. We have accumulated data on mud concentration, mud inlet and outlet pump pressure, grouting drag reduction, cutterhead speed and slag discharge, equipment wear, jacking elevation and axis control. At the same time, through equipment pressurization technology, this section has created a record of 36 meters of daily jacking.
