Product Introduction
The NPD1000 mud water balance pipe jacking machine is a mechanical automated pipe jacking construction equipment that uses full section cutting of soil, balances soil pressure and groundwater pressure with mud water pressure, and uses mud water as the medium for transporting abandoned soil. The mud water balance pipe jacking system mainly consists of a jacking head, a ground operation console, and other auxiliary equipment. There is a PLC control box inside the head, and the ground operation console provides action signals to control the movement of the head. The mud discharge system will remove the abandoned soil, the crane will lower the pipe, and the hydraulic main jacking system will push the pipe into sections.
The mud water balance pipe jacking construction has minimal disturbance to the surrounding soil, easy control of ground settlement, and can achieve continuous excavation operations. It has fast jacking speed, easy operation, long service life, and is suitable for long-distance pipe jacking construction.
