Product Advantages
1. The HRCN series rock pipe jacking machine operates stably, with good hole-forming performance in rock strata. The slag flushing process through the shell results in low jacking resistance, making it suitable for long-distance pipe jacking.
2. The pipe jacking machine can be steered upward, downward, left, and right, ensuring high construction accuracy.
3. It supports continuous operation. The cutterhead is equipped with variable frequency speed control, and the jacking speed is adjustable within the range of 0–200 mm/min.
4. The built-in cone crushing device effectively performs secondary crushing. The cutting disc cutters can be replaced from inside the machine, which is advantageous for long-distance rock pipe jacking projects.
5. It is adaptable to mixed soil layers ranging from ordinary soil to boulders and rock, with rock hardness up to 50–250 MPa.
6. Remote operation is adopted, with Mitsubishi PLC. The system is stable, easy to operate, and has a low failure rate.
7. The equipment is easy to maintain. It uses imported hydraulic components and a self-made slurry feed and discharge system, ensuring reliable operation, low downtime, and easy replacement.
